Staff codes allow you to know who made the changes on each reservation. They also allow you to prevent or permit employees from doing certain actions. To activate this function, simply be logged into Libro with a manager/admin user and follow the steps below.

1. Go to your Libro Back Office

2. Once in My Restaurants, click on Settings

3. Click on Staff Codes

4. Click on the button beside Staff control activation to activate the feature and choose when you would like to request a code.

5. To add an employee, click on the Add a staff button

6. To edit an employee, click the Pencil icon.

Each employee may have different permissions. For instance, if you do not check the box Blocking / Opening - Time Slots for an employee and he tries to block a time slot in the Libro dashboard, a message will tell him that he is not allowed to do this action.
